Wrong email on someone else's account?
I have been receiving someone else's email statements and payment emails, for over 7 years. I've reached out to several ATT reps, and what I think is the other users email (the account holder name and login ID (email address) appear in the emails).
No one can seem to assist, with what seems like a simple request. Look for and remove my email address from another users account.
What can I do to get my email removed from their account? (I am also a customer with ATT, so I also use my email address on my own account)

Seven years? Really? That’s crazy. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do. It may seem like a simple request to you but only the actual account owner can change their email.
