Go to your myAT&T Profile. Sign in here https://signin.att.com, if asked.
Scroll to Sign-in info and choose Edit for your email.
Follow the prompts to make your updates.
Check your email inbox to verify your email address. Don't see an email? Make sure you check your spam or junk folder.

You can also scroll down and learn how to update your billing contact email separately, the email address for your user ID works differently than your billing contact email.
