Wrong Device Listed on my online account

In reviewing my account online, I noticed that the device listed for my number is an iPhone 7. I haven't had an iPhone 7 in many years, and my most recent upgrade three years ago was to an iPhone 12 Pro. Well, this normally wouldn't concern me much, but now I am eligible for upgrade, including trade-in of my old device! You guessed it. The account reflects that I have an iPhone 7 worth $5, not an iPhone 12 Pro! How can I get this device corrected on my account?

Contact AT&T and have them correct the IMEI on your line

You may be able to correct yourself online. Go to manage devices, select the device. There should be an option saying “not my device”.

Contacted AT&T via online chat and they did resolve the issue by correcting the IMEI. Couldn't find where I could do it myself online. Thanks!
