worst service ever

I've tried for a month at this point to switch from consumer cellular to att and every time they switch me to different departments and don't help me out when they can't figure it out they make a new account I had 2 sim cards mailed out to me none of them work I've been billed 122 dollars for an account I cant use I've spoken to over 30 people and nobody can help me so I want my money back I'm going to Verizon att is the worst. they tell me to go to the store to fix my problems but I'm on active duty and I can't get to a store and nobody wants to help me out I've had it. I've tried being reasonable giving you guys a chance but enough is enough I'm sick of the (Edited per community guidelines) I want to cancel all my accounts that you guys made and I want my money back.

There’s no you guys here we’re all customers here same as you. Want results call them and say cancel at the voice prompt
