Worst experience with ATT unlock
ATT agent was requesting me to trade in two of my mobiles (IPhone X and sumsung galaxy) and I have moved to ATT with 0$ device cost. I was using it for last 5 months and moving to different network since getting 100$ for each number. Verified their website and requested for u block since no payment is showing me as pending. Was waiting for last 5 days and everyday they are asking me to wait for 24 hrs. After 5 days they are saying I have to stay with ATT or return the device back. So requested to send my iPhone X but why said no we can’t do that.
it is wired and asking me new SIM card and payment for that . Am totally disappointed with ATT

Huh?
I'm sure whatever you wrote made sense to you but it doesn't make any sense here.
AT&T does not have your trade in phones. Once you hand them over they are no longer your property and they go to a third party recycler in Tennessee.
If you purchase devices under a 36 months deal to get credits on 2 new phones, you cannot cancel without owing the remainder of the 36 months installments, and future credits are void.
Read your bill. If you have an installment plan still on your bill for one or both phones it will show. If you need to pay off an installment in order to unlock a phone that can be done in your online account by managing your installment.

FYI, your follow-up post has been removed for your own security. You posted way too much personal information on a customer populated public forum.
This is not "my website".
As it says in my signature line I do not work for AT&T.
1. Do you have bank or credit card records that show that you have paid off the phone? Find them.
2. Why do you not have access to see your bill and manage/pay off your installment online?
3. Are you a relatively new customer who did not create an access ID?

This is not the experience we want you to have @josephthanaraja. We want to get you into a DM to take a closer look into your Unlock request.
Check the message icon in the upper right portion of the page and reply, and we'll get started working towards a solution. In the meantime, thank you, @formerlyknownas for the helpful information provided. In addition, here are the unlock eligibility requirements that must be met before submitting your request:
If you still have questions, no worries, we'll get started figuring out the root cause and work on a solution. Again, keep an eye out for the Direct Message. Thank you.
