Worst customer service ever!

I have been dealing with their customer service and loyalty department for 4 months.  Brought over two lines from Verizon (biggest mistake ever) and they had a BOGO promo going on.  Sent me the phones and scheduled a time for someone to come set them up.  They had to cancel three times and since this was a birthday present for my daughter I had to cancel my order.  Of course by the time I get to the store the BOGO offer expired.  Bought the one phone and called when I got home and explained the situation.  The representative agreed to extend the offer and sent me the second phone.  For 4 months I have been billed for an additional line and phone and have made 12 phone calls (an average of one hour long) and basically was told that the representative should've never told me he could extend the promotion because they can't and there is nothing they can do about it and I will just have to continue to pay for the line and additional phone!!!!!
