Suffice to say my time with AT&T has been roughly about 10 years. This past year, I got a new phone. I went into the store. I was lied to by the employee. I was actually charged double per month for my new phone. No one could fix it and they severly limit what their customer service reps, thier managers and even store managers can do.

What a shame. At&t used to be a great company back when I joined. After spending many hours on the phone, going to appointments in the store, and no one being able to help or even work with me on what I was originally promised by the employee, I'm done. Never going back.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a company. If I really cared more, I'd sue At&t at small claims court. But I've got way bigger things to spend my time on that this (Edited per community guidelines) company. I hope they crumble as its obvious they just really dont care about their customers anymore.
