Wireless switched to Unified Again
I have 4 wireless mobile devices with AT&T and a happy customer for approximately 15 years. Today, I called to verify one of the wireless devices reports suspended/ stolen. As I asked questions about the account, the rep informed me the account is a Unified Account Again. Why??? I do not have any other services with AT&T. Please assist or advise how to switch my account back to a mobility account. Thank you in advance!!!
