This is a largely customer populated forum. No one here knows what service plan you are on. You tell us what plan you have.

Login to your online account. It should tell you the name of your plan if you are postpaid.

Elite and premium roams free in 19 Latin American countries. Any other postpaid plan must pay for international day pass roaming to use service.

If you are logging into the pay go online website rather than ATT.com, then you must be prepaid. Prepaid roms for free in Canada Mexico Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. There's no coverage in central or South America. You will have no service.
