Will AT&T phone bill show out of state travel/data usage?

In my early 20s with parents who won't take me off of family AT&T plan, looking to travel out of state with my girlfriend for the holidays but as my parents are homophobic I don't want them finding out. I have software that spoofs my phone's GPS location, but I am unsure about whether the AT&T phone bill will end up showing that data was used from out of state. Is there a section on the data usage bill that shows the location from which data is used based on cell towers, or the location from which calls were answered?

No, the records don’t show the locations calls were made from or received.  Just the numbers.

Given the circumstances, you might consider giving up your phone and number and starting fresh with your own plan. I know buying a phone is expensive and changing phone numbers is awful, but currently, they could disconnect your service or report your phone stolen and leave you high and dry.
