Why would anyone do business with this HORRIBLE company?
I have never been given the run around so much as I have with ATT. I will make it a point to tell everyone I know, everyone I don't know, and all those in between to NEVER do business with this horrible company. 13 phone calls to customer service and still no solution. Hung up on, disconnected, placed on hold for 1hour 47 min, reconnected, sent to wrong department....... and everyone is sorry, but no resolution. Approved, phones shipped, phones recalled from shipper, no call or explanation. SAD SO VERY SAD....... I will not go away.......

I 100% agree! I have att uverse and it is total trash!!! I have called at least once a month since I received it and each time, the hold time got longer! Complete trash customer service!!!

I've literally spent 100 hours with ATT support, just to spend 3 hours with genuine, back office. It was worth it my case.
