Why is the number dialed different from originating and terminating numbers

Hello. I'm wondering why on my AT&T call log, the number dialed is sometimes different than the originating or terminating numbers? So one line sometimes shows three different phone numbers. Any explanation for this?

Hello @lauren121234,

We can definitely provide you with some more information on this. It's possible that your calls were forwarded to other phone numbers at some point during your recent phone calls. This could be why one phone call in your myAT&T call log shows multiple phone numbers. Hope this helps!

Hey there @lauren121234!

The results of your call log could be related to 3-Way Callin or even Call Forwarding...when the person you're trying to reach has incoming calls redirected to another number.

Also, if you tried contacting a service number and you're redirected to another department with another number that could be the cause of what you're seeing in your call history.

Hope this helps.
