WHY IS OUR WIRELESS HOME PHONE DOWN!!!

For a month we have been without service. My 91 year old grandmother has been without a home phone and we have gotten the run around continuously. It is a disgrace for a customer of nearly 40 years to be treated this way. We need some answers and for crying out loud FIX THE (Edited per community guidelines) PHONE!!!!

There is a thing called Covid-19, you know.

Customer support will be delayed and there will be no guaranteed calls/repairs.

And this is happening with all other companies, too, the delayed customer support/calls/repairs, etc.

And it’s an outage, probably. This happens. Staffing is delayed.
