Why do you keep adding 1GB to my account

I do not like how you keep adding 1GB to my account and then suggest to use WiFi!
I don't have WiFi! Also I have been a loyal AT&T customer for 16 years and haven't had any problems until you keep adding 1GB to my bill this is not what I want done.

You mean they are billing you for 1GB, right?

They're doing that because you are using more data than you have in your plan.

FYI, the new plans that came out a few weeks ago, do not add data overages automatically to your account. You might want to switch to one of them...

If you don't like the adding of data once plan data has been used there are two options

1. Upgrade your plan to the new Mobile Share Advantage plans (Once plan data is used, speeds drop to 2G speeds until new billing cycle; no overages)

2. Once data is used up, turn off cellular data and stop using data until the bill cycle starts over

Switch to one of the new plans, no overages. You will have really, really slow 2G speeds once you use the initial allocation of data though.
