Why are usage platforms down?

If it's not one thing, it's another. AT&T have proven themselves completely useless over the last 24 hours. The latest in a long string of "my system is not allowing me to do that" ..... the links that should show usage detail remain down after almost a week. One would think that customer service would be a priority with the fierce competition available.

Logged into my account using MyATT app and web browser and accessed my usage both ways along with viewing my bill.
