Where you told you were getting a free phone & it would be bundled with your cable?
It was 10.12.20 and a sale's rep told me my phone would be free if I switched my wireless service to AT&T. He said it would only be about $10 more for unlimited talk, text and data. He also was going to bundle my cable with the cellphone bill. Today, a Customer Service Summary stated my upcoming bill would be $233.37 (to pay for my free phone) and the ongoing bill would be $100 more than I was paying with my non-contract service; which I am returning to tomorrow. They told me I could have the same phone for free. Is anyone else hoping for customer service to be handled by American citizens?
