where is that 100 promotional visa gift card? (the AT&T rep told me to expect it in June!)

Hello AT&T-

 

I signed up for post-paid wireless service on May 22nd, and I was told that I qualified for a $100 visa gift card, and that the card would be mailed to my home "in 3-4 weeks."

 

11 weeks later, I have not received this card.

 

Can you please help me resolve this?

Hello @rworman, we can definitely assist you with getting your gift card! We invite you to visit our Reward center, just click on the link provided. From there you will be prompted to enter in your account information in order to access your rewards. Thank you for reaching out to us.

That site refuses to accept my account number and billing zip code.

That doesn't work since AT&T prepaid never sent the letter to many of us. I've never received an email or a letter with the code. Since AT&T is not helping I'm going to go to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to file a complaint.

Any luck? i have same issue, all calls to at&t are useless.  They just don't care to help give what was promised . I am dropping my lines.  F them.

Yes. I'm going to drop them too. They even have ANOTHER PROMOTION for a $50 Visa Card to add another line. Really? I wonder how many people will fall for that!

total scam.  non english speaking operators NEVER sign you up for the reward. At&t .... stinks
