Where I can find my BAN ? Business.

Hello where can I find my Billing Account Number?

You can see your AT&T account number online or in the top-right corner of your bill.

 

To find your account number online you will need to complete the following:

  1. Sign in to myAT&T.com.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Select Sign-in info.
  4. Scroll to My linked accounts.

Hi Nathan- I've heard back from the escalations team. They sent you a return kit in the mail. It can take up to 7 business days to receive that. I will follow up with you then. If you receive it sooner please let me know. Thank you, Laura G.

Hi Nathan,

 

I'm guessing you didn't receive my follow up message 4 days ago. I'm sorry for that. You will need to allow the full 7 days to receive the kit we sent you. Here is the message I sent you on Monday.

If you don't want to wait for the kit to come into the mail you will need to go online to request the return labels. The site is: http://sm.att.com/37706812
