What plan do I have

I just got the iPhone 12 pro max and changed my plan to the unlimited elite plan..... I think. 
I couldn’t do it online and the person on the phone couldn’t give me a clear explanation of my plan. 
The app is horrible!! 
I just want to see my plan and payment! Wheee can I find this??
