That 100% depend on the data usage for the smartphone.The only difference between current plans, is the amount of internet/data. They all come with unlim talk/text

'Best' is a matter of opinion.
The least expensive plan is MSV 300mb
The best value for your money, if you don't have contract is MSV 10gb
Whichever package you think will cover you for the least amount of money.
You can always change your plan later too, if things change, or your estimates or off.
Personally, I tend to see people often average ~2gb. If you really are lost for internet, I'd reccomend starting at that.
