What does Order Status in progress mean?

I placed a order this morning for a Iphone 6s plus. After I entered my birth date and social security number it said that I would have to pay about $62.00 to complete my order. My estamated shipping date is November 18, 2015. When I check my order stat, it says in progress can someone please tell me moreless what that means? Im wondering if it means that they are looking farther in my credit history to determine if I am approved or not. Thanks in advance..

Thank you for reaching out about your order status!

 

“In progress” usually means that your order has been successful via our point of sale system but has not yet been prepared for shipping. You’ll receive an email once your order status changes to “Shipped” or if further action is required from you.

 

Also, shipment times can vary but we do try to get your device out as soon as possible! To check status of your shipment, you do not have to call, you can sign into your account for updates. During the launches of new devices, shipments may be delayed.  

 

Once shipped, it may take 1-3 days for your order to arrive depending on the shipper. Shipments may be delayed during holidays and weather.

I placed an order for the 7plus in rose gold, 256 on 11/12/16 with a representative. I was assured it wasn't on back order.. The shipping dates listed 11/14-11/16 my order is still listed as in progress and it's the 22nd now! I've called and have gotten no where..

i have been waiting for a week it gave me a shipping date between the 11th of december to the 13th it also put the money back into my account after it was in holding but all it says is it in progress i'm just wondering what the hold up is

I ORDER ME A IPHONE8 PLUS ON 1/12/18 AND ITS NOW 1/16/18 AND IT STILL SAYS ORDER "PROCESSING" WHEN WILL IT PROCESS AND WHEN WILL THE PHONE BE SHIPPED.

probably its out of stock or checking if the order is legit because theres a lot of fraud activities happening.

I was recently told my order was flagged for fraud because the agent that processed my order canceled another one to get a sale. When I called back everyone acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about. I'm not sure what's going on.

Order an iPhone 8 Plus & a iPhone X on 3/1/18 it is now it is 3/5/18 and my order still says processing. I paid 150$ so I'll be pretty upset if the phones dont come soon.

Give it a few days because of the holiday everyone is running behind. If you haven't heard anything by mid round late Monday afternoon then I would contact them and see what's up. But after everything was processed and approved by at&t I had my phone within 3 days
