Was going to bundle, instead I'm shopping new carriers

I'm highly disgusted that I spoke with a rep on a recorded line in January that stated several times that due to my length of time with insurance and no claims I would not have a deductible to pay, only to have you bill me $225. This is false practice that will be reported to Better business bureau and my attorney. I pay a high bill every month as it is for one line so I'll pay my phone off and Verizon here I come!!! Thanks for the lies At&t. You're right up there with Sprint now. SAD!!!

The insurance carrier for Verizon is the same, Asurion. I have no idea why anyone would suggest they would waive the deductible, they don’t do that. Verizon won’t either.
