Visa Reward Card

I am a new ATT customer and I am debating if I want to keep the service or not. My issue may be small but it makes me weary of att and it’s customer service.

I ordered 2 iPhone 11 Pro online which makes me eligible for a visa reward card in addition to other credits. I placed the order for in store pick up but the store rep had an insure porting my number over so she canceled the order and started a new order with the (Edited per community guidelines) reflecting in store and not online which disqualifies me from the gift card. How convenient for the rep. Now I’m thinking I should return the phones because I was duped.

Is there a way to just add the Visa card to my account and send me a redemption email so I can feel secure about this company?

no it can’t be added after the fact. It’s an online only offer. Was it a corporate store or authorized retailer?

There probably is; but you should file a BBB complaint to get a hold of that person.

There's no guarantee, though, so if the Office of the President doesn't say you will get the Visa before your 14 days return period is up, you need to decide if that amount is enough for your to switch back or just accept you won't get it.

Hello,

Online only offer to promote that point of sign up. They should have had you cancel and resubmit order through att.com to keep deal. You would still qualify for the “switch and trade in a device ($60+ value) for up to $700 in bill credits (over 30 months)” offer, but he giftcards are online specific. I would check with online ordering in regards to options since they are the department that has that’s promotion (though, they might just verify that’s you aren’t qualified, but worth a shot). Contact via “As this was an online order, you'll need to contact the ECommerce department at 866. 267. 4510 weekdays from 8am to midnight and on weekends from 8am to 8pm.”
