Video Management

I have the best data plan ATT offers, however I receive errors when I try to go to my data usage to turn off the Video Management settings. I want to utilize the 4K streaming that I pay for. It's really frustrating getting passed around Everytime I call ATT, and never resolving the issue...

Same here.  Video management keeps being turn on for some reason on all my family lines.  I keep turning off this feature but about every two weeks I get a text from ATT that video management is turned on.  Why pay for high quality streaming when ATT keeps shutting it of and only sending SD data?
