USPS Lost Return Package

USPS Lost my return of an Apple Watch Series 3 I ordered. I have opened a case with USPS but they cannot find it. I spoke with many AT&T representatives over the past 3 days, ending with a Manager telling me verbatim I was "S O L" and that it's my responsibility to cover my return package with insurance. I have checked the order return policy and nowhere does it state to insure the item. It actually mentions FREE returns. Customer Care says they will not cancel my line and I have to continue paying for this device (monthly payment and service fee). We have a multi-line account for over 20 years and Customer Care refuses to help (although they did pass me around to multiple departments to pass the buck). I am realizing now what people say when they talk about AT&T customer service.

@DLcust123 My experience with AT&T labels is it's impossible to insure it.

Do you have your tracking info, copy of the label or receipt from dropping it off at the post office?
