USELESS phone support.
I have tried with at least 6 phone calls and 10 HOURS on hold. Been hung up on. Gave after an hour.
Getting something as simple as changing the "Phone for sign in & recovery" in my profile has proven to be an IMPOSSIBLE task for AT&T.
Why should I keep my service with AT&T when I can't get anyone to help me.
No supervisors available. Digital Assistance Center is non-existent.
No e-mail or chat support.

It is the AT&T Website under "user profile". Also on the AT&T app on the iphone (I've tried several phones). It is with the Digital Assistance Center "escalation" that has been 2 weeks and calls me over and over asking the same questions.

Hello @kem,
Thank you for your response.
Please provide more details on your concern.
Are you unable to successfully change the wireless number for sign in & recovery?
Also, are you using the MyATT App or internet browser to make this change?
If you're attempting to use the MyATT App try using the internet browser to login to your account and attempt to make the change that way.
Please let us know if you were successfully able to make the change needed.

Correct. I'm unable to change the wireless number for sign in & recovery. It is empty now.
I have tried both the MyATT App and 3 Internet browsers.
It says:
ERROR:
Something went wrong. Try again
Not a lot of info to go on there.
