Usage not posted

Why are my calls and texts not listed in the call and text usage log in this app? They used to be, and now they are not listed, but the rest of the phones on my plan have all their usage posted.

Tracking usage details is important, Virginia_peach77. There are reasons why such reports are unavailable or even missing for a particular line.


If you're not seeing your line's latest usage details you will want to check back. As explained under Usage reporting delays at Check current usage for data, talk, and text reasons can vary for why those reports are unavailable when you sign in.


Also, since you're using the app, you will want to sign in online to check whether your experience with trying to get those details for you line is the same:

  1. Go to Usage.
  2. Review your current balance info for talk, text, and data use. If you have linked accounts, select My wireless and See all my usage.

If not, and you're able to view the usage log for your line, then you'll want to visit your favorite app store and check whether a newer version of the AT&T app is available to download.
