Upgrading went wrong

I cancelled my service with AT&T. I was using a prepaid. And when I applied for postpaid they declined me. They said I am not yet eligible. When I went to other company and ask them if they can give me a postpaid plan, they said yes. So now I am already using a postpaid plan with some other benefits because I am a Healthcare worker.
