Upgrading reserved new line

What does it mean when my paper says reserved line when I upgraded does it mean the phone is coming

Hello Ashenk06, that is a great question.

 

What does reserved line mean? A reserved line means that a device, having a phone number, is en route to you. You would have been paying for that from day one. However if you were just inquiring adding an additional line to your account, it's not reserved, they just opened another slot for you.

No I suspected means that there has been a new line added to your account rather than an upgrade to an existing line. Read your bill and see if there's been a new phone number added to your account.
