Upgrade Eligibility

I’m trying to upgrade my line. After attempting to upgrade earlier today, I recognized I selected the wrong monthly terms. I cancelled nearly 8 hours ago, and my account still hasn’t been reset. Can somebody provide me support?

We can help with that. After canceling an order, we advise allowing at least 24 hours for the change to reflect on your account.

 

Make sure to sign in to and check AT&T Order Management for updates.

It’s been 72 hours. And still no upgrade eligibility reset. I’ve spoken to 7 supervisors in your Billing, Sales, and Care teams and all they tell me is that it’s reset and they can’t assist any further. Nearly 7 hours on the phone and chat with ATT support and still nothing. I’ve been a customer for 12 years .... it’s frustrating to say the least
