Upgrade Eligibility
I’m trying to upgrade my line. After attempting to upgrade earlier today, I recognized I selected the wrong monthly terms. I cancelled nearly 8 hours ago, and my account still hasn’t been reset. Can somebody provide me support?

We can help with that. After canceling an order, we advise allowing at least 24 hours for the change to reflect on your account.
Make sure to sign in to and check AT&T Order Management for updates.
