upgrade credits gone

Hello 

I had an upgrade and placed an order. AT&T cancelled my order and now I have lost my upgraded and gained a 1,000 bill on my current device. Customer service is zero help and tells me to call a number that is out of service. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How long ago was your order cancelled?  It takes a bit of time for the upgrade to reset and for the charge for the new phone to go away, but both should happen on their own.

Um... Missing information?  

You had an upgrade?  How?  Did you order online?  Is phone shipped?   Is order canceled?

Upgrade for device as no money is owed on the device. New order never shipped and was cancelled. All this started late thursday night
