I as well have issues with my in home consultant. She is unresponsive and I do not know where to turn to. I am in Ohio.

I also was lied to by an in home expert. He no longer will reply to my text. I would love to know who to call to resolve my issue. I ask At&t if there is a in home expert department but was told No. I’m not giving up on trying to get this resolved. At&t should not be letting this happen.

I am having the same problems.  I been trying to reach the young man who came to my house.  He is not responding to my text now.

The same thing happened to me. I was lied to by an "In-Home Expert" about what plan he sold me. My bill was nearly a $100 more each month than what he said it would be. I have been on the phone with AT&T customer service probably 40 times trying to resolve the issue. I was told you can call this number regarding issues with an In-Home Expert issue. It's 855-749-0884.

Same problems with Integrated Home Solutions! What a rip off! No one on any AT&T number I can call or anyone in any store front has knowledge of that department, supposedly. Very frustrating!

I had the same problem in Georgia. I have called and texted her but will not return my calls!

This is a representative of AT&T and this should NOT be happening. AT&T needs to honor what they are saying or not have them working for them!?

To no surprise,  I am currently experiencing the same issue with the "In Home Experts"

They are coming into peoples homes and lying for personal gain (commission). Once they get the sale and pad their pockets they disappear. I was lied to and promised things that turned out to be not true just so they could gain my business and as a result i am left screwed over with a $1000 bill to pay myself with Tmobile. I was told i would get $250 rewards card for each line I ported over. Not true, they lied. You only get the 250 if you port a line and trade a phone in. I was not told about any activation fees, well there was an $80 fee per line (i had 6 lines on my account). Which brings me to the 6 line issue. I have 5 lines not six, but they opened an extra one on my account because they knew i wouldn't be able to see it until my fist bill became available almost 60 days latter. I cannot believe a large company such as AT&T would allow their associates to come into peoples homes and do this. Its disgusting!!!!!

I was lied to by an in home solutions consultant. She told me my note 9 would be free and my phone bill would only be 145 for the 2 phones and the service for the unlimited plan. Now my bill is like 250.. I wish someone would help me get this right.
