Unlimited means nothing.

Tired of hearing about being unlimited and then Being told that service will be slowed down if I hit a certain point.

Greed is taking over the world.

I was switched out of a grandfathered plan and told it would be better. It’s not.

Stop limiting access for unlimited paid services AT&T and no more small contract print.

Unlimited should be unlimited.

they are guaranteed unlimited data, the speeds at which they provide the data are subject to slowdowns.

Not buying that. Slowing streaming at points during the end of ones cycle or telling me how much data I have left isn’t in anyway unlimited. This isn’t dial up times and we all pay for a service which shouldn’t be throttled at the end of the month. Give me unlimited access like I pay for. Access to free internet for everyone unlimited is what AT&T should be working towards not (Edited per community guidelines) off loyal paying customers.

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.

That is “might” be slowed down, not “will” be slowed down and every single carrier does the same thing at some point. It’s called network management. The wireless network does not have unlimited capacity. It can only carry so much traffic. It has to be managed. You are not going to find any unlimited plan on any carrier that doesn’t have similar “possible slowdown” restrictions.
