I’ve only had AT&T for 1 week and I certainly didn’t change my plan. What gives?

My obvious questions are:
1) Are you a Signature Plan user, i.e. do you have a discount based on your employer?
2) Do you have Unlimited Elite, or something else?

Review your account online and make sure your plan didn't change, just to be safe.
