Unlimited Elite Plan

I just received this text: AT&T Free Msg: Important notice. As a result of your recent plan change, you no longer qualify for the Unlimited Elite plan discount provided through the AT&T Signature Program. To reinstate your discount, change back to the Unlimited Elite plan. Go to att.com/signatureelite for more details.

I’ve only had AT&T for 1 week and I certainly didn’t change my plan. What gives?

My obvious questions are:

1) Are you a Signature Plan user, i.e. do you have a discount based on your employer?

2) Do you have Unlimited Elite, or something else?

Review your account online and make sure your plan didn't change, just to be safe.
