Unknown Number Added to Wireless Account
Recently moved my phone line to my fiancé’s account and somehow during that process, an unknown persons name and wireless phone line was added to our account. The bill also just showed up with over $100 charge for this random persons phone line. According to AT&T, it was added by mistake out of a store in California (we are in TX) due to an employee entering the wrong account number while setting up this random persons account. We have contacted the fraud/claim department (along with multiple other departments) and talked to a number of different people but it has still not been fixed. Help or advice would be appreciated.
