Unified Customer Service Reps need training
I have mobile wireless devices with AT&T and no other services. Why are the Unified Customer Reps rude? The reps I've spoken to are not knowledgable about wireless mobility services and they can't switch my wireless my service back to a mobility. AT& T Customer Service can be better.
