Unauthorized Payments and Identity Theft
I have been on the phone for two weeks now everyday trying to connect to someone from AT&T to help me. I am a victim of identity theft and fraud my account was transferred as a First Net account a year ago and had my phone bill payed through First Net. Come to find out I was being charged an additional $223 every month from my AT&T account on top of my phone bill. No one in customer service could explain to me what has happened to my account and I have requested all of my money to immediately be put back into my account and this fake account to be shut down immediately. But of course no one from AT&T the COMPANY THATS CHARGING ME THIS MONEY CAN HELP ME. They gave me fake phone numbers to their fraud department and when I did call the number for the fraud department I was left on hold for 5 HOURS. I’m to the point where I will have a lawyer speak to this company and I will be sueing AT&T for every penny that they’re worth. If you read this AT&T I don’t care what you say at this point your going to reply with your email information to the person in charge of the fraud department and your law team because I’m coming.

So does that mean you didn't read your bills for over a year? In any event, before you go the legal route, you should escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint. The complaint will get you a response from corporate. If there is anyone that can help you, it will be corporate.
