unappreciated loyalty and being ripped off
Why am I as a loyal customer for over 20 years having to pay for the iphone 11 yet as soon as I placed my order a promo pops up saying new customers get it for FREE?! These new customers constantly switch back and forth getting free phones so where is my appreciation for spending thousands, maybe 10, with your company all these years. Maybe Verizon would treat me better and give me free phones to leave you huh!!!

Yes, they would. But once you switched, never again. Verizon doesn’t give free phones to their existing customers either. None of them do. Sorry, but that’s just the way the entire cellular industry works. You can blame T-Mobile for that. They are the ones who killed discounted phones with 2 year contracts.
