unable to get service or log into account while abroad
I'm traveling abroad and suddenly my AT&T cell phone has no service--it can pick up no carrier, in a country where it has always worked before (UK). I have tried to sign into my AT&T account on my laptop to see my account status or to use AT&T's live chat feature to speak with an agent, but the system keeps wanting to text me a code to verify my identity. But the code goes to my AT&T phone--which has no service, so I can't get the code.
How can I get into my account or contact an AT&T representative?
