Unable to gain access for App, My account, wireless device

Using my Mobil device Samsung, Galaxy Note 8, unable to access  My Att app account. Which downloaded from Google playstore? ATT, chat support assisted me into my account, by remote control,  agent made all the changes,, to make my account up to date. Signed off, Tried to log on withh the new changes, wont let me?

Being able to access your account at any given time should be a breeze! Lets work this out for you!

 

Have you checked to see if there are current or available software updates for the cellphone and mobile app? Have you un-installed the app and downloaded back onto the device?

 

If you are having trouble accessing your account, you can use our MyAT&T Find or Recover User ID Article for more information for account retrieval.

 

To help troubleshoot your mobile phone, feel free to visit our Device Support Portal/ Galaxy Note 8  and select Apps in the Device/Software Issues section and follow the prompts for device troubleshooting.

Yes, your solution worked, a perfectly!  At first I did have some issues, but kept at it, following the prompts that at listed on the links...Finally after several attempts, success!  I really appreciate the professional advice offered. I tried, Att customer support, with little success, but with your suggestion was able to regain controll of My Att account and I'm in the process of updating my account..good job

Yes, your solution worked, aperfectly!  At first I did have some issues, but kept at it, following the prompts that are listed on the links...Finally after several attempts, success!  I really appreciate the professional advice offered. I tried, Att customer support, with little success, but with your suggestion was able to regain control of My Att app.  Currently in the process of updating my info.  Thank you for your professional suggestions!
