Trying to report lost or stolen device and block device from different phone on Sunday night and cant remember my 4 digit PIN

I lost my phone on a Sunday night last night since it's after midnight and can't even report it because I can't call because it asks for 4 digit PIN and I forgot it cuz I use fingerprint unlock all the time. But I know all my other info even account password and last 4 of my SSN

And when trying to login or reset passcode it wants to send temporary pin to the stolen phone!!

And I can't even get ahold of live rep on the phone I'm using internet because ATT apparently doesn't appreciate the 150 dollars a month I pay them

this is a customer forum not At&t you will get no response from AT&T there are a couple reps on here but the 10k posts a day has tripled so they are only seeing a small percentage of posts. You need to call but the hold times are upwards of 2 hours or more
