Trying to get call logs from 4 months ago
I have been calling AT&T for the past month trying to get my call log for one of the lines on my account for all of December. I was in an accident and my car insurance needs the call log for all of December 2021. First time I requested it from AT&T I was charged $5 and was told it would be sent out. Never got it. Second time I went to 3 different AT&T stores they referred me to calling AT&T while I was in store and they gave me directions to look it up online. When I logged into my account online the CALL LOGS only go back 2 billing cycles. Third time I called them they said they would send it out again but I would be charged $5 again. This time I got it but it was only the COPY of my BILLS from from November to January but no CALL LOGS. Also another time I chatted online with a representative and they told me they could email it to me within 40mins. Guess what? Never got that email. Also I have asked if I could get it emailed each time I talked with them but they say no, probably so they could get extra money out of me. So how can I get my CALL LOG for one of the lines on my account for the month of December 2021? I need it ASAP!

You do not need to call AT&T for that information. Your detailed usage reports are in your online account. Prepaid has 6 months of usage details and postpaid has 16 months.
If you are only getting this month and last months usage reports it's because you're not asking for the correct date range. Make sure you select the correct date range at the top so you are going back to December.
