I would like to know if i can transfer my At&t GoPhone service to a tracfone phone... I have the LG L39C ( LG Optimus Dynamic 2 ).

There should be no reason why you couldn't port your current cellphone number over to a different provider. As long as you are the account holder, the phone number is still active, and you have all the account infomation, the port should go smoothly. Your phone may need to be unlocked to use with TracPhone.
