Transferring from Google Fi

I am transferring from Project Fi to Att by adding a line to a current family plan. I have everything in order but the account number is too short according to Att. I was wondering how this could be resolved.

 

As a side note, the number is eligible to be transferred.

Thank you for the post.

Did your Project Fi number originate as a Google Voice number, or did you have Sprint integration? According to Project Fi Help, some numbers cant be ported.

We suggest contacting a Project Fi Expert to determine if your number qualifies to port.
