Transfer Wireless Responsability

I accepted a transfer of wireless responsibility last night, credit check was fine, no deposit, but I am still showing up on the original account which is problematic, because it is about to be cancelled due to Navy moves of my brother. How can I find out if it went through?

We understand you'd like to know whether or not if the Transfer of Billing Responsibility went through. You should've received an email to let you know that the process has been completed.
