Trade-In Offer - Sending Phone in
I took advantage(hoping I am no being taken advantage) of the upgrade/trade-in offer, to get an $800 credit.
I was first told that the Store I picked the phone up would have the information for me to send my old phone in. They told me that I would get an e-mail in 2-3 days. Never got one.
Contacted AT&T today and they sent me a "Return" Label, well actually 5 labels. With everything phrased in the e-mail as if I wanted to return the phone I just activated..not my OLD phone I am trading in.
My concern is that somehow if that they think I am returning the phone that they will deactivate the new phone..and not give me the credit.
Is this the correct process or is something missing?
