Hello I have been experiencing a major issue with AT&T. I recently upgraded to a pro max and traded in a brand new out of the box iPhone 11. They have not given me credit and will not return my device. I do not believe that they can just take your device, isn't that stealing!!! I have been dealing with customer service and the retail store since October of last year. It's really disgusting how everyone is passing the buck and not rectifying the situation. I've even said if you're not going to issue a credit return my device, I was sent all over the world. Then also promised that a supervisor would contact me, you think that happened!!!!! I'm very upset!!! Does anyone have contact info for corporate, or suggestions, if I have to contact the CEO I will?!?! This is ridiculous.
