Hello I have been experiencing a major issue with AT&T. I recently upgraded to a pro max and traded in a brand new out of the box iPhone 11. They have not given me credit and will not return my device. I do not believe that they can just take your device, isn't that stealing!!! I have been dealing with customer service and the retail store since October of last year. It's really disgusting how everyone is passing the buck and not rectifying the situation. I've even said if you're not going to issue a credit return my device, I was sent all over the world. Then also promised that a supervisor would contact me, you think that happened!!!!! I'm very upset!!! Does anyone have contact info for corporate, or suggestions, if I have to contact the CEO I will?!?! This is ridiculous.

@ATTHelp I have reached out and have talked to multiple people, over 20 since October!! I don’t need an automated reply I need rectification!!! I’ve been told supervisor will call and no one has called. The rep at the store doesn’t reply to my calls anymore this is ridiculous!! I would hate to have go to a consumer reporting reporter!!

I think I am about to have the same issue. When I track my return on newgistics (usps transfers the return to them to finish processing) it says " No tracking information found for the following tracking value" when USPS says otherwise.

I am going to be pretty upset as I could have sold the phone myself. I doubt I will ever see the $300 credit now.
