We ordered new phones via 800 number, upon receiving the new phones we didn't get shipping labels for our trade in phones

No visiting the nearest ATT store does not help I have and I am told since I initiate the return online they cannot do anything....I have been waiting 5 weeks to get shipping materials. I am told over & over we will resend
@ATTMobilityCare amazing!!! I did not receive one in my box either I have called 4 months asking for them to document that I called and have requested the label and I still have no label and was charged full price for a phone I almost had paid off. I got off of the phone with them today and again requested one and was directed to LIE and say I lost it rather than the truth. This company is nothing but liars and theifs.
How can we improve?
