Trade in promo from 2021 never applied

Recommend that everyone get a receipt and follow their bills closely until trade in credits begin applying. 

I just discovered that the trade in credit for Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra I used to purchase 13 Pro Max was never applied to my account. I specifically brought it to store as I heard the horror stories about trading it in via mail. On the phone with them now to see what can be done.

It was from 2021 and just noticed? Since providers have a normal dispute time frame of 60 or 90 days, at two years it is far too long.

Keeping receipt and checking bills is the right guidance. But also is disputing within a reasonable time. I wouldn't expect them to cover it, but if they do give you anything consider yourself lucky.

The difficulty was not being able to tell the old promotion that was rolling off from the new promotion. I never received any benefit of the phone AT&T received so in fact AT&T stole a phone from me. I’ll be cancelling my four lines and taking this to small claims on Monday if retentions doesn’t do something.

I traded in device at ATT store located in Spring, TX on December 3, 2021. Quote ID is 20120321018987 and receipt ID is 50-304000036138592.
