trade in credit
I traded in my iPhone 11 for a iPhone 14 pro and was supposed to get max credit. I mailed it back mid October. It is now February and I have not seen a credit. I realize it takes 3 billing cycles and that has come and gone. Who do I contact about this?
Thanks

You call the regular 1-800 customer support number or 611 from your mobile phone. If they aren’t able to help, you can escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint. Hopefully you have the tracking information for the trade in.

This is SOP.
This would have happened if you had done a warranty replacement with any other service provider and sent them a damaged phone in exchange for your warranty replacement as well.
A warranty claim is for a faulty device that is due to the manufacturer's poor workmanship or materials and is good for one year from the date of purchase.
If I device has physical or liquid damage it is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty it is considered the user's fault and the user must either pay for repairs or replace it with insurance.

@nixonik
You mixed up your posts.
You posted a trade-in remark on a page about warranty exchange, and you posted this comment about warranty exchange on a post about a trade-in problem.

I would advise making sure you met all the terms and conditions before calling. Make sure you have the right wireless plan for the promo, no late payments, etc. Also for the love of all that is holy I hope you have your tracking number.
